The loudest and very rude teller

Today i was at edgas vaal mall and tje service i got there was horrible The lady at till was loud , more like shouting They were not in interested to help me Fistly they told me to came back in the morning dor a new card and they also said i cant buy with my ID becouse they are system are off , realy but one lady can help me in the morning I demand an apology from that lady and she need to learn about customer service
