Good evening im so disappointed at Kgahleho a pharmacist he said he is the head of pharmacy department when I asked to see one and the another pharmacy assistant confirmed he is the the head of department.

I innocently went to Clicks Vaal Mall as I prefer it when I knock off late from work, I went there to get over the counter medication using her Dad medical aid details as I have been using them at the same area Clicks Vaal Gate, Vaal Mall, even Sasolburg, even Clicks Riverside i have never experienced this poor service from Kgahleho😪. I called my baby father to send me his ID Via WhatsApp so that he can verify but still said no. I went to check in the car if I can find something I found original birth certificate that has my names, the child's name who's name are in the medical aid , medical Member details he still said he won't accept it. Mapaseka he is part of management at Clicks Vaal Mall she went all out to assist me you deserve 5 star rating you dont just turn customer without making an effort to assist maybe you are a Mother that's why you understood my frustration thank you. After 7 years I never had a problem getting medication for My baby Lethabo all over Clicks accepted for today 21/10/2026 around 18h00pm. It's written in bold letters please Produce a ID/ or Copy of ID if your are not the medical aid holder and I did that still he refused Maseka spoke to him he still rejected 😭😭 that time my baby is sick im thinking she is going to be blocked the whole night I have to get drops for nuberlizer and Khahleho is refusing. And now after producing the copy of ID he wants a certified copy of which the Father he is at work , how will I certify without original ID that's in WELKOM and im in Vaal. I then asked him Khahleho but it's not stated you need a certified Copy , it's just written ID / or ID COPY, i even took a picture of that notice on the counter stating ID /ID COPY I respect other people's job and I am aware of ***** taking place in the business environment but the are steps to be taken to verify one not just turn a client away like that especially when it needs medical attention. Khahleho you I respect your job but not putting an effort towards clients you should think of another career not being a pharmacist involving people's health. Please please learn from Mapeseka she put takes time to listen she take pride in her job and Respect is all her face how she talks she is living Clicks Brand. We follow the procedure , we dont use our positions at work to brag to our customers. I am not happy at all Khahleho. we're will get medication this late😭😭 child with bronchitis we are not perfect at our jobs but we learn everyday customers are everything. We dont just say we cant help without trying, we're try all the resources to verify the client . We fail after trying and we learn we becomes wiser we respect customers, we must serve with pride.
