Pathetic after-service

My vehicle went in for repairs and spent a couple of days there. When I got my car back, the engine bay was full of oil from the mechanics working on it and putting dirty tools everywhere - I got them to clean this while I was standing there. Then I noticed my power cable for my amplifier was not connected to the fuse anymore, but HANGING LIVE in the engine bay. At first the mechanics argued about this "being like that when it came in". On my way home I saw the steering wheel was filthy dirty with oil / grease. Apparently the mechanic quickly took my car for a drive with his filthy hands & overalls... The next day while cleaning my car properly I saw one of the engine cover mountings was gone. I tried for 2,5 MONTHS to either have this replaced. Every time there was a new excuse. Eventually after numerous whatsapps and 4 times going to the shop to hear another excuse I was refunded the money & had to go buy the mounting myself. Their after-service is utterly pathetic!
