Incomplete repairs

Sometime in June 2019, I brought my Ranger Rover with registration number and letters (CBS 47978) for engine conversion at Vaal Maintenance crew( Motor Medix) in Vereeniging. My initial instruction which was also the material term agreement was that, the old Range Rover to be replaced by the V8Lexus engine. Upon my arrival I found Mr. Riaan whom was introduced to me as the owner of the company and Mr Brazil ver Melling as the workshop Manager. Subsequent to the above, I was given hand written quotation which in total amounted to R94 440.00 and the quotation reflected all the parts to be bought for replacement and labour. The first payment of R30 000.00 was made on the 03rd July 2019. On the 13th August 2019 I attended the above mentioned company premises to effect the second payment of R55 000.00 through the electronic payment. On the said date and immediately after I have effected the above mentioned amounts I was informed by the workshop manager that the repairs will be completed after two weeks. I confirmed that two weeks period finished without receiving any feedback from workshop manager. Subsequently when I started enquiring, I was informed that the vehicle has went for suspension. I confirm that for the period of three months which I have enquired about the progress of the vehicle I was told the same thing. I decided to call the owner of the workshop and he advised that he is going to investigate and revert which he never did, instead I was called by the workshop manager indicating that I should not have to called his boss. Sometime in December 2019, I attended to the workshop to fetch the old engine and the gear-box. Upon on my arrival there, I discovered that the radiator, deep stick and alternator were missing, I was then informed by workshop manager they will look for them. On the 28th February 2020 I decided to drive to workshop and to my surprise I found a woman by the name of Ria and the man called Gert who informed me that they were the new owners
