Poor services and after market sales....

Car was baught brand new as 2020 model in Feb 2020. Newly registered!!! With my third service, which was still in kilo/year range, I had to pay because according to them it was a 2019 model. But upon the contract signing it was confirmed a 2020 model.

Took the car in for the fourth service at a local mechanic shop and the Mechanic drained 5L of oil and the spec say 3.2L. And my oil filter was marked with that pink marked for warrantee purposes, so that filter was never chanded since the first service!!!!
