We bought a Toyota C-HR by them. Fast forward 2x months - there is a fault on the rear shock (RH). Both of the shocks makes a knocking noice. One side more that the other. Took the vehicle to Vaal Wheel Alignment & Toyota - After much testing, they finded the problem. Both rear shocks need to be replaced urgently - as it is a safety concern. (o yes, the vehicle only has 44 000 km on)

I went to Honda Vereeniging - and they just told me, it is the way we drive and the roads of today. They will not attend to this safety concern, as they feel this is our responsibility and fault .... We didn't even put 1500 km on the vehicle since we bought it... How can it be our fault???

Not acceptable!! I will be taking this matter to the ombudsman and our lawyer.
