Hidden expenses and unable to recover monies. We were told after ordering and paying to pay an additional amount of R6000.00 for the insurance for the freight company. No mention was made on quote or pro-forma. Unfortunately we could not afford this so we subsequently immediately cancelled the order. Refund was requested and approved but we have been unable to recover monies and unable to get feedback from ***.
