Absolutely Pathetic and *********** service

How rude , unhelpful, unorganized and ****** were the owners. We had booked x2 4 sleeper chalets next to each other directly in front of the river. When we got there they had said we only booked 1 chalet. After showing them the proof that we paid for 8 people for 3 nights they still refused to be helpful and instead gave us one 4 sleeper and two 2 sleepers on other ends of the premises. All far from each other and needed a car to get from one end to the other. And they refused to be more helpful about the situation even though it was their fault and were extremely rude to us. Never will we ever stay there again or waste our money on such owners
