This insurance company is a *****.

I submitted a claim for the first time back in April 2018. Nothing happened. I then made a follow-up by submitting another claim in October the 16th. To date, nothing has really happened. I called them yesterday and they promised to call me. But so far there's nothing. This is a pure ***** of an insurance company. I never dealt with people like them.Their service is beyond terrible and it smacks of amateurism. Even when you send them emails they never respond, terrible company.
