Terrible Customer Service

Absolute waste of time. Terrible customer service. No communication.

I booked to have a paintball game at their Sasolburg - Kragbron field for 15 people, advised that we all have our own equipment and require air and CO2 for our canisters. Everything was confirmed and I paid our deposit, only to hear one week from the game day that they do not allow players with their own equipment and do not supply air, only CO2.

I have demanded my deposit back. If I do not get it within two days, I will lay charges of theft against this company
