Worst product I have encountered

Their anti dandruff shampoo has damaged my hair to the extent that it has been falling out in chunks profusely for the last three weeks. I am appalled at the quality of this product.

I received a comment on my complaint on their Facebook page to say that the products are organic and so it's just my hair that didn't agree to it. I gifted the shampoo to my aunt and mother who have both had the same experience. I have now subjected them to the same pathetic outcome and it is highly aggravating. In addition. I have been using herbal products for years and never once have I had such a drastic reaction.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a product in my life. It is an understatement to say that it was a complete waste of money and time. I will be sure to never recommend anyone to any of their products again.
