Vaadi Organics Amla Cool Oil for "hair loss and hair growth".

Shocking product, Amla Cool Oil claims to prevent hair fall and promote hair growth. App**** oil to my scalp for 15 minutes before washing. My hair fell out in clumps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called the manager I was told I must be allergic to one of the natural ingredients and had I checked the ingredients and read their blog, been on their website etc? It appears one has to do extensive research on their products as they aren't interested in being of any assistance. They would not refund me as I had opened the bottle (????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) An allergic reaction typically means you break out in a rash etc, not that your hair falls out. There should be a WARNING on their products, packaging, website etc stating: USE OUR PRODUCTS AT YOUR OWN PERIL! I have created 3 x reviews on their website and still these have not been published and uploaded. They clearly have a screening criteria and only list glowing reviews. DON'T USE THEIR HAIR PRODUCTS. I see another patron used one of their hair products which caused her hair also to fall out in handfulls.
