Custoner Service & Delivery Failure

Ordered on 28 November 2023. Haven't delivered to date.Upon enquiring several times & chasing their so called "customer support" i am repeatedly told its on the way with a courier. They will ensure it is delivered etc...Communications with the customer are unprofessional & delayed...tried several products in the past few years, most are of a surface/temporary nature. Doesn't really address any issue thoroughly & is highly perfumed.
