I visited VA to confirm that they could service and work on my Toyota Land Cruiser, specially changing of timing belt and clutch. They confirmed they could. They did pick up that the timing belt change is not required as it has been done not long ago. I spoke to them on various occasion regarding the clutch and that it need to be changed. After the service was done, they had not changed the clutch as instructed and they had cracked the radiator, acting as if it was there all along and my fault. Cost me an extra R10 000.00 to have a new radiator installed. Funny that when they did their initial check for the service, which is a line item on my bill, they did not pick up that the radiator is leaking, but after they had worked on the engine it was suddenly leaking bad enough to notice the radiator fluid was pooled under the LC, yet they had not caused it! NO apology just " well it must have leaked for a long time and you lucky it happened while we were working on it" Well it did not leak at all as I check my LC regular for fluids etc. When I went to collect the LC they closed 30min before they time stated on their own website and other sites, I had to request that they come and open so I could get my LC. Very un professional in my opinion. Trust this company at your own peril
