Very poor service

I've send my Mitsubishi Outlander for a Lexus V8 conversion, I've paid him in full. Its been 5 months now and I still haven't received my vehicle. I was told it would take only one month.<br> Everyday he has a different excuse why it is not finished, the vehicle is stripped and in the same state as 5 months ago, nothing is happening with it.
