WORST CUSTOMER saSERVICE

Went to V Town on Monday 19th after seeing the advert on Cars.co.za for a VW Caddy 1. 9 TDI. On specs of the vehicle it included aircon working. When we test drove the vehicle on Monday 19th we noticed that the aircon is not working. They requested a holding deposit so that they can sort out the aircon for us. Caddy was supposed to be ready the day after. When we called they requested we come on Friday 23rd to fetch the vehicle. On Arrival, there was no vehicle. When I asked where the vehicle was, Afzal the Salesman told me they sent it back last nite to get the aircon sorted out because the owner of this business was not happy. When we went to the aircon guys to check if the caddy is there, they informed us that it was not sent back to them last night. I then asked them wheres the Caddy? He was confused and was lost for words. I then asked for my REFUND of R7500. They REFUSED to pay me back my FULL REFUND Stating that they had to use R2500 to sort out the aircon and will only Refund me R5000.

This is the WORST SERVICE, WON'T EVER RECOMMEND V TOWN AUTO 676 UMGENI ROAD DURBAN EVER TO ANYONE, STILL WAITING MY REFUND.
