V...Town auto 676 Umgeni road

I bought a 2010 VW Caddy on the 26 August 2019...I paid 120000 ..picked up the Car after they did cor and went straight to a friends workshop down the road to show him the car.. he put it on the ramp and we found the following faults...CV boots bust ... mounting bust .... gearbox oil leaking from the driveshaft....kingpin welded in half...I went back and returned the car...they agreed to take back the car but paid me 3000 rands sort claiming it was for cash deposit fees. As per the consumer protection act they have to pay back the money in full.... They are now refusing to pay back the 3000 rands....i dealt with a guy named AFZAL RASHEED. Please don't deal with these guys ....
