V Stream SA poor support - non existent

I purchased 2 x MBOX Media streaming devices over the last 45 days from them in Cape Town but experienced issues immediately with their products. Despite being entry level both gave the same firmware issues. They blamed it on the APPS- namely Netflix apps which were re-installed. It still did not work.

Their technical comment is I am *********** in my work. In IT since 1982 so that must be their intellectual value they add. Insults do not abound with me so I wish to warn anyone dealing with them to be careful. Fast on the money but support from them is disastrous.
