V-rewads plus card

I use v+rewards plus card to get points when i fill up fuel at Shell.I have changed my contacts. I send the email 02.06.2021 asking for help and providing them with new contacts so that i can redeem my points. They have not rep**** back to me since then. Please asist. Thank you.

Your 16 digit V+ Rewards card number starting with 9*** ...
Your new cell phone number
Your ID/Passport?Asylum number used to register (we require this for account verification)
