Unresolved issues with Shell V+ card

I have been trying for ages now to register my new cellphone number to no avail. The support personnel keep on making a mess of it and the net result of it all is that I am still left with no way of using the card. I am at this point in time left to believe that the support personnel either lacks the necessary training or are unqualified for the job.
