Service excellence!
V+ rewards program for me is a great benefit to me from Shell seeing as I am a regular user of shell fuel in my daily and my project/fun car. I was pleased to find competent service from an agent by the name of Shannon Lee Naidoo who resolved my query and issues swiftly and respectfully which left me saying "wow!" Thanks boet.
