Poorest Service Ever (V+ Rewards Call Center ***

Very Annoyed Client

The sales persons at the V+ Rewards center are very unprofessional and unhelpful. The lady by the name of Phumla and your colleagues, you don't deserve to be working at that center, We have been trying for months (3 months) now to get assistance with our V+ rewards card, until today all you can do is pretend as if you don't hear the caller and you drop the phone. The points on the card will be forfeited and its money that we could have used to refuel our car.

I know that this complaint might fall on deaf ears, but one day you are going to loose your job because of your unprofessional behavior to clients. Shell is a reputable name and you are failing them. Thank you for nothing You don't deserve a start for that matter
