Long call holding periods to get assisted with my V+ card

Getting assistance from the Shell V+ card call is the worst thing anyone could ever go through. I am calling in for the second time now and I have to hold for 40 minutes being told that I am first in line and will be assisted by the next available representative. Like, what the hell...40 minutes. We don't call with peanuts here
