V PLAN MITCHELL'S PLAIN SHOULD BE CLOSED

The people employed there has no way of speaking with someone that has just lost their loved one. we had the worse experience ever to the point where we in the process of cancelling our policy. We didnt get the service we paid for in the contract and to top it all off they made mistakes with the pamphlets. Peoples names spelled wrong. When we went to inquire about the mistakes we experience on the day the responds was well the contract changed and as for the mistakes on the pamphlets they dont do it themselves the printing place is where we need to complain. I would advise everyone that has a policy to move somewhere else cause of one branch is giving the company a bad name......we cant take bake the **** service we received but we can prevent someone els from experiencing the same treatment bad service to the cor.................
