Bad service

I went to the shop last Sunday(11/2/2024).They didn't have the part I was looking for and said they will order on Monday and should be there on Tuesday.I phoned Tuesday and Cheryl said that the part is not here yet but will be there on Wednesday.I went there on Wednesday but was told the courier was hijacked.Cheryl said they will reorder the part and will be there on Thursday.I went there today,(Friday 16/2/2024,) only to find out that the part was still not there.I needed this replacement part urgently and struglling with the car.I must now order it online from another shop and will only get my order on Tuesday.I will not be supporting your shop anymore
