V_mosima the ****

On the 12 of june 2021, i bought clothes from v_mosima and i was assured i will get them in the next 7days.However, it wasnt the case i was told that the was problem with supply so they dont have supply anymore, i asked for refund, they said i will get it the next day but i didn't, when i called they told me i will recieve it after 48hours because I'm using capitec and they're using standard bank okayy fine. After 48hours i didn't recieve the money and i tried to call my calls got rejected and i tried whatsapp i was blocked, i sent email and i was ignored till today(06 july 2021). I dont know what to do anymore, i tried everything i can.
