I was ****** my money by v_mosima

I bought clothes from v_mosima clothing company for R640 on the 12 of june 2021 and i was supposed to get them in the next 7days but i didn't, when i called to tell ask what is going on they said i will get refund the next day. The next 2 days i didn't get it, i called they didn't answer however, i didn't giveup. I tried their whatsapp they didn't answer me and its been almost 3 weeks now and i dont know what more to do.
