Worst Service EVER!!! Customer Service is beyond TERRIBLE!!!

<p>Wish you had a zero stars rating!</p> <p>V & D Telecomms t/a VOICE AND DATA is beyond terrible. They have no level of customer service, all they can do is delay and work with a no response towards their customers. Struggling since 2016 with the connectivity of our phones. We log complaints and requested the services of a technician numerous times before and it falls on death ears. Making commitments and promises towards us and still we haven’t received the service that we requested for. Asking for new quotations to upgrade, you get the same story… </p> <p>They need to sort themselves out. Every Consultant, Technician and Manager we have dealt with refuse to follow this issue through, they simply press transfer. It’s an absolute disgrace. I think they need to win the title of one of the most disgraceful company’s in this Industry, and a lot of that has to do with how they treat their customers. </p> <p>They really need to work on how to improve their customer service after they made the sale!!!</p>
