Stay away from V-cat cruises in Durban

So we wanted to do a cruise in Durban to get out and just relax. As we entered Wilson’s Wharf, there were ladies from this particular business at the gate and we decided to go with them. We paid and then was told to follow the owner to the boat. Got to the boat and boarded, left later than promised too. We were just out of the harbour when the “captain” told us we can’t go further as there was a big vessel in the channel and that Transnet would not approve of us being out??????

Turned around and he continued to circle in the harbour for approx 20 mins…….

Here’s my questions?

Just before we left, another of their boats came in from a cruise…..surely if that was true, they wouldn’t have given them a heads up?

If u have a legitimate business, y would Transnet not approve of you being in sea? Etc….etc….etc….

I called the owner and he was going to come back to me???

If you look at receipt, I’m sure no tax is even paid or this income declared
