Bad Service ever received

<p>The Gautrain bus reg number : ZFX 292 GP , bus no: 8013D bumped into my cousin's car in 2014 around June and the case is now handled by V and R Incorporated. She did not have insurance for the car and now the gentleman by the name of Ram Moodley who is handling the case is not helping at all. My cousin sent all required, the police report, witness statement, the qoatation to him and when she calls to confirm if he has received them, he will just come up with a story that something is missing or that my cousin should re-send the emails. This is so tiring because my cousin is always calling him, bit he is not picking up his calls and many messages are being left with his secretary and he does not return calls. I need help please because the car was the source of income for my cousin.</p> <p> </p>
