Roof repaurs

On 24 January 2021 I had a Santam appointed V&R team arrive to repair extensive hail danage to my tiled roof, The spokesman of the group, Banele, introduced himself and explained what they were to do. The team got stuck in immediately and I was much impressed by their professional approach. Every man knew exactly what he had to do and unsupervised they stripped broken tiles, carriied up new ones and and started repairs on roof caps and barge boards. They were unable to get matching tiles, but solved the problem by removing tiles from the back of the outbuilding to replace broken ones on the house so that there was a match. the tiles went on the back of the outbuilding were thwy can't be seen.. A n excellent job by a professional team
