I felt sorry for the man,thinking he's the typical Zulu type from Natal, that just wants and wants... I then explained everything I want done again, only to be told thathey cant do it. I then offered coffee to the installers, only to be told that they are hungry to, as if that is my problem,Zulus... After that just about the only thing they could say to me is that I MUST PAY, over and over again, laughing about it like it is some big joke. He made it clear to me that he is going to charge me for cabling, but he didn't know that I KNOW, that that specific cabling is already installed... It cost me a fortune in airtime having to explain his arrogant stupidity to he's employer, who apologized, but didn't seem to</p>
