Rude customer service

Extremely bad customer service I received from Uzzi Stores in Carlton centre Went there on the 29th of November. I asked for assistance from one of the sales guy,politely asked him how long will they operate in one til with soo many people (i had to pay for my account and only one till was working with a very long queue) a woman who supposedly is a manager, very rude told her staff not to answer or entertain me. I do not understand the kind of customer service uzzi stores in Carlton center jhb portrays. If an employee is not customer friendly, they simply not suppose to hold positions were they work with people/consumers, such as in retail. As a a result of this I will even close my Truworths account. Train your staff customer services!
