Poor customer service and attitude at Uzzi Maponya

I am a very disgruntled customer because of your manager ( I assume she's the manager, she didnt have a name tag) with her attitude and poor customer service, I am now reporting her because it is not the first time that such incident has happened when dealing with her. I did not get her name but it is a tall lady that wears glasses. First it was an incident where my husband Justice called and asked her to keep aside aside a pair of jeans that were on special, she asked my husband via the phone to buy her savanna and lunch for doing her job, is that how you train your staff to treat customers? She proceeded to giving my husband and I attitude when we came to buy the said jeans, we even complained to the security on duty if that is the policy of the shop to ask customers of alcohol when they ask to set aside items. This time around I came to do some shopping for my husband and the same lady was called for an authorisation, she came, never even greeting me and just gave me an attitude. This is disheartening and disappointing because I don't even stay around Soweto but I like doing my shopping at Maponya mall but I will not be coming back to Uzzi Maponya mall because of that lady's poor customer service and bad attitude.
