Uvongo river resort

Please don't book uvongo river resort the manager and reception staff have no professionalism I will be utterly disappointed as we followed the correct process of booking and the manager has no sense of hospitality along with her staff they moved my room after confirming my room number. We booked as a family and we was separated because if thier in competency, my kids had to walk in the rain to see their cousins, which shows they don't care after we followed the correct process in booking , the are so unprofessional, the pool area is not friendly the complex is packed into a small pool as well
