Uvest Property Group Are Bunch of ******

Please do not rent from any rental properties under Uvest Property Group. This is to warn everyone considering to rent a house or an apartment in Belladonna estate under Uvest Property Group as you will not get your deposit back. These people are a bunch of money hungry ******. We we given a quotation with paint and labour and other things that were left clean and nothing was damaged from the house we rented. We were only sent the exit inspection quotation after 2 months after moving out and they gave us the run around and no response for 8 weeks and when the exit inspection quotation was sent with painting of the walls and labour of a small house with walls that were left clean and in good condition as we only rented the house for a few months. The quotation that was sent was more than our rent deposit, how is this even possible? We would like to appeal the exit inspection quotation and have our deposit refunded or take the legal action. I warn everyone not to rent from Uvest Property Group in Cape Town.
