Uvest Property are ******

This property company tries to swindle every tenant it has. They are *****ed and try to make it difficult for you to get your deposit back. We have been refused our deposit and we didn't break a thing in the flat. They quote you to repaint the whole flat, fix things that weren't noted at incoming inspection (In-fact, there was no incoming inspection and when we got to the flat it was filthy! There was a dead bird in the flat)

I guess a lot of people just give in and don't go through all the effort to complain to the tribunal and dispute the fact that they don't want to give your deposit back. We have filled in numerous papers and went through a lot of effort to appeal the inspection results they gave us.

Hope we manage to get it back, but in all seriousness this company is greedy and has no ethics and please stay away from Uvest Property!
