Notwithstanding the written opinion of numerous building experts, Herman Pieterse, CEO of Lapalaka Developments, refuses to deliver the finishes specified in the Purchase Agreement. These experts including the Contractor, Manor Homes, who concluded the building project, are clear in their assessment of the term "skimmed and painted" that it means a smooth finish to a ceiling. In addition, Herman Pieterse has, in writing, conceded that the ceilings are unacceptably skew, but has made no attempt to fix them. Uvest's Group CEO also shows utter disregard to this situation and to this ************ developer, building under specced residential units in Sitari. These units that were marketed as "Luxury and Premium Apartments" and priced as such, have been built with scant regard for agreed specifications and acceptable building standards. It seems Sitari has ditched their vision for a "World Class Development" in order to attract developers and builders that will coerse buyers into accepting under specced houses. Sales staff are as frustrated with the developer not delivering to specifications, but Uvest, that runs the sales office at Sitari, turns a blind eye to this obvious ********* strategy of the developer to optimise his profits.
