Worst Service Ever

I had a apartment in Cape Town that I was renting out through Uvest. It was the worst service I have ever had. The monthly payments were always late. You had to keep contacting the portfolio manager to receive feedback on certain enquiries you made. Maintenance that is done is not done correctly. The did not do quarterly inspections as stated by them. When I decided to stop the mandate with them they did not even give all my keys back. There was one post box and one front door key that I never received back. A gentle men said he will have a new front door key made and phone us as soon as it was made. Thus far no one has contacted us regarding the key that was going to be made. I would not recommend them to any one. It was really the worst service I have ever received from any company. Even communication from their side is non existent.
