Worst rental agency

Hi<br> <br> We are currently renting a problem through them as well. They have mo structure at all. They loose money, 6 months later give an enormous amount to be paid. It has happened a few times in the last 2 years. When we send them the proof of payments, it doesn't reflect on the statement that you have to enquire, as they do not send statements at all. Then they nail you with costs from their attorneys, although it is them that couldn't find the cash paid into their account. <br> <br> This means that their accounts department cant see that there is extra money in their bank. When you ask to speak to someone in charge, nothing happens. If you call them, you wait, and wait, and wait. No one answers the phone, they let you leave a message and nothing gets done.<br> <br> I will not recommend them at all. Very unproffesional, no structure, customer service is way under.
