WORST Property Management Group in South Africa
Moved out on May 30, after having so many problems with maintenance of this unit at Eden on the Bay....Geyser burst, had no water, no lights for 3 months, burglary where they stole things worth R100 000... just a BAD property management group, VERY BAD. They still haven't paid out my deposit of R12968.01 claiming I have to pay for the cracked window (been like that since the burglary), for a small stain (easy to wash off) on the wall and for n hook to be removed out of the roof...They are extremely unprofessional and I am going to report this issue to the body corporate of Eden on the Bay and the rental tribunal. Jamie is not responding to my mails at all, wasting my time to follow up. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
