Poor service

<p>I rented a few years an apartment from Uvest. Last year they informed me three weeks before my lease expired that my monthly rental will increase with 14% and this means my deposit also needs to increase with 14%. It was too late to look for another apartment so I was forced to pay that money.</p> <p> </p> <p>After that I decided that I will not renew my lease for another year so a month ago I moved out. During my exit inspection they had 3 problems, the extractor fan light and the oven light did not work ( during my lease this never worked) and that there were hair in the drain of the bath. I then cleaned it but I feel that it is petty to take that into account for a deposit to be refunded. Just for that reason I repainted the whole apartment to get my deposit refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I mailed and contacted Chantell of Uvest during my lease periods she was rude and did not even rep**** to my queries. The tiles were cracking up but they did nothing about it. Her client service is the worst I have ever experienced. </p> <p> </p> <p>Uvest is the worst letting agency and be carefull so that the same does not happen to you. For starters dont lease any apartments from them.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
