PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT

<p>Dear Peter, </p> <p>I had a lease agreement with Uvest which containedthe following clause: “The balance of the deposit and interest, if any, must be refunded to the Lessee within 21 (Twenty One) Days from the Expiry”. The lease agreement expired on the 31st of July 2016 and the 21 days referred to above, expired on 25 August 2016. Despite several reminders, I am still awaiting the deposit. Could you please assist?</p> <p> </p>
