Not releasing monthly rent paid by tenants to land

Hi,

Its the 21st July and to date I haven't received my rent money from Uvest that was paid by the tenant at the end of June already. I was promised that this would have been released last week Thursday as they have traced the money from the tenant who apparently gave a wrong reference hence the delay. I have to enquired the late payment. Late Thursday I got an email to indicate that their computer services will be off line and they apologies for this. Come Monday 20th July I wrote Uvest a mail demanding the release of my money and spelling out that they can't use my money to earn interest and use it for their benefit. I've ask them if I'm the only client that get treated this way as come the end of the month the bank deduct the bond for this property. I even informed them that I will report them to the tribunal which I will and use the Hellopeter forum to report their ********* business service delivery. To date I haven't received my money into my account. People, beware of Uvest business operation and the manner how they treat their clients. They don't adhere to contractual obligations etc., which I will take up with the property tribunal council.

Hello cskosan,

Dear Client,

Mr Skosan, thank you for your feedback with regards to this matter. We appreciate your comments and feedback and thank you for allowing us time to have this matter investigated and resolved.

On behalf of Uvest, we confirm that the matter was immediately investigated by Senior Management after being brought to their attention. We are happy to report that this unfortunate exception to our usually high standard of service delivery, has subsequently been amicably resolved. The primary cause of the problem experienced, was attributable to a number of unfortunate instances where unforeseen administrative challenges (including late payment by the tenant & his depositing the rental under the wrong reference) compounded to create an undue delay in the processing of the monthly rental payments. Measures have been put in place to avoid a reoccurrence of this event in future.

Regards,
Uvest Client Services Manager.
