No one Cares

This started when we had a numerous breakings in our complex Bluebell Village. A couple of people reported this and no action was taken. More breakings followed and by then we were fed up and called a meeting with them but only the security company visited and not guys from UVest. The lady and a gentleman that were present, assured us that the landlords (in this case Uvest) will be changing the security system and take our concerns seriously. This was September last year or maybe before then. Till today, nothing has been done. They changed the security company but still it doesn't benefit us because we had more breakings and residents been held up at gunpoint. The security company hired only works for the houses and not the apartment complexes. On the 27/01 Eskom switched off the electricity because they haven't paid their Bluebell Village account and as a result, as i'm writing this, only our complex (Bluebell) is still without electricity. We bought groceries which now our dairy products and meat are smelling in the fridges and off. Are they gonna reimburse us for that? Whats important for them is getting their rent and not delivering on their services. Phone is dead,cant charge
