<p>i app**** to rent for apartment with Uvest properties and i was declined. they firstly told me i cant afford to pay rent and when i provided prove that i can they used my information to pull me down.</p> <p> </p> <p>I told them that i'm under administration that i app**** for back in 2013 when times were tuff and i proveded them with documents to support my statement, however they used that to dicline my application, even after providing a letter from the attorneys?? Yes i'm under administration but that does not mean i cant afford to pay rent, how did i survive for the past 3years while i was under administration but still i was renting with no problem to pay rent? i'm not from Cape town i'm from JHB so its obvious that i will need apartment to rent while i'm still here working...i would understand if i was asking for a loan or credit that is a different story and it was explained to me that i wont be able to get credit while im under administration, however i have been aproved for loan and credit by other service providers that i have magenaged very well....maybe there is something else than my finacial status i dont know!!</p>
