Interest on the Deposit

I have start in Buh-Rein for more than 3yrs in a flat. The contract state this The Deposit must be invested by the Lessor in an interest bearing account with a Financial Institution and the Lessor must pay interest to the Lessee at the rate applicable to such account which may not be less than a rate applicable to a savings account with the Financial Institution. The Lessee may during the Lease Period request the Lessor to provide him with written proof of the interest accrued. And now the only thing I got from my agent is this screen dump that is starting from 30/09/2016 in which I started staying from 1/02/2015 and the rent was R3850 then with a 10% interest and now this is the only thing they provide me with that is not even stating the rate applicable on my deposit. I would like to get clarity on this ASAP
