Disappointing Service from Nisha Witbooi

Due to a change in portfolios, Nisha Witbooi has recently being appointed as the rental administrator which includes Tuscan Park Villas. I contacted her on 9 November 2017 to renew the lease for another year. While I have received a number of promises, telephonic and email, as to when this will be sent, as of 20 December 2017. I am still waiting on the lease agreement to be sent. I consider this to be extremely poor service as it should not take more than a month to send a simple lease agreement.

A number of rental administrator/managers have been assigned to Tuscan Park Villas, but I have not received such poor service from any of them. And now your offices will be closing tomorrow, meaning that I will not be receiving the lease agreement until January 2018. How long must I still wait?
