Deposit not refunded after 20 days

Most of the complaints for Uvest on HelloPeter boils down to the same thing... being mislead and having difficulty getting your deposit back.<br> <br> It was advised that i will receive my deposit back 14 days after the exit inspection was done. It is now 23 days since that inspection took place. Chantel advised that the 14 days starts once all disputes are sorted out. This then made it from the 6th of November, however, I was given no room to dispute as even though i provided proof that my claims were true, my proof was disregarded....<br> <br> I never want to do any business with Uvest again and will strongly advise anyone against using them for any letting service. Just to point out, the initial inspection done by Peter (salesman) took 5mins whilst the exit inspection took 45mins and they hold you responsible if the reports differs..... which is in others MISLEADING and ********* business practice...<br> <br> All i want is the money they owe me... I sent an email on the 9th of Novemeber for them to advise when the funds will be paid which they have not responded yet. I then had to call in to follow up and be advised yet they want the customer to send all financial related queries to them in writing..
