Complete disregard of contractual breach

After a year of renting my first apartment with Uvest as managing Agent:

-Unprofessional rental agent (Peter Kock). -No follow up/proactive tendencies on any issues. -Complete disregard of blatant contractual breach/unfairness. -Blatant lies both verbally and in writing regarding actions to be taken.

Highly disappointed in Uvest, I would definitely not recommend doing any business with them.
